Taking your dog to work like you do sounds pretty cool, but I bet it’s got its share of hassles too. It’s neat that having Sadie around helps with stress and makes everyone happy. Having to step out for doggy breaks seems like a good excuse to stretch your legs.

It would be nice if more businesses could allow employees to bring their dogs to work for all the reasons you listed. But not all dogs would be a good fit for that as you pointed out, and some workplaces too. I think you and your coworkers are very lucky to have Sadie to play with and pet during the day.

Oh if only. I have brought them to the office a couple of times, but it requires lots of gating and monitoring on my behalf. We do have a nice trail that runs alongside the office building and it would be so nice to just walk outside and give them a walk. I know I’d be a much nicer person if they could tag along. Glad you get to enjoy Sadie!

In German, Katie and I always went to the office. It was great and never a problem. We are all for going to work. We still go on occasion when Mom goes into the office now and then and it is fun.
