I just started dedicating time to Instagram the past few months and yes, not being able to add links is frustrating. The good news is I figured out how to track clicks from Instagram to the blog in Google Analytics. The bad news is there haven’t been many 🙁 Hopefully I can improve those numbers this year. I feel like most people on Instagram are in “picture viewing mode” and aren’t likely to leave the app to chase down your bio link to read an article.
