Sometimes I feel like my dog’s default setting is napping. If no one is doing something interesting, eating something interesting, or playing with something interesting, Sadie just falls asleep. But the minute there is an interesting noise or smell, she jumps up to investigate in a flash. It seems like the old saying ‘taking a catnap’ applies to dogs as well.
