YourDesignerDogBlog: The Adventures of Sadie the Yorkipoo
This was Sadie’s idea of fetching the newspaper for me. I pointed to the local newspaper on the floor and told her to bring it to me, but I guess Sadie thought it was a better idea to lie down on the paper. She even got her squeaky ball and squeaked for a while on top of the newspaper! Hopefully there’s no important news this weekend, because it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting my paper back anytime soon.

On this Black & White Sunday, just a few short days before Halloween, I’ve got a picture for you of Sadie showing off her pearly white teeth. Something about this photo reminds me of old sci-fi/horror werewolf movies. She looks like the evil werewolf, standing on its hind legs, either about to attack or about to sneeze. I don’t know whether to be horrified or laugh.

Last week Sadie and I took a walk through another new park. We pass this park all the time, but we’ve never gone inside because it contains mostly sports fields that are always crowded. But for some reason the park was completely empty that day, so we took the opportunity for Sadie to have a sniff around. There were no exciting discoveries like last week’s waterfall, but Sadie still enjoyed all the new smells. She was especially curious about the bleachers, although she was too nervous to jump onto them herself. Continue reading
