The theme this week for the 52 Snapshots of Life Challenge is purple. If someone asked me to rank colors in order of preference, I would say purple is my second favorite color. That is why I was rather surprised this week to realize that there is very little purple in my house. Sadie owns almost nothing purple. She has no purple collars, leashes, dresses, or sweaters. She has a few purple toys, but they made for some boring photographs. Then I went out to the car and remembered something. I keep a bag of emergency Sadie supplies in the trunk with food, bowls, an extra collar and leash, etc. I refer to it as her ‘diaper bag’. And it’s a beautiful shade of purple! It was a perfect opportunity to bring the bag inside, restock the emergency supplies, and take some adorable purple photos.

Sadie has a million dollar smile! What a super cute pup! And, love the purple diaper bag. What emergency supplies do you keep in there? Now that we live in the ‘burbs, I’m thinking we should be doing that, too! 🙂
