Caturday Art on National Cat Day!

There are twice as many reasons to celebrate cats today! Not only is today the weekly Caturday Art blog hop, but it’s also National Cat Day here in the US! Usually on Caturday I show off some digital art of Sadie, ignoring the fact that she’s a dog. But this week I felt we really needed to embrace the spirit of cats. So in honor of National Cat Day, Sadie dressed up in her black cat Halloween costume to pose for these portraits!

In this piece of abstract digital art, Sadie is posing by the view from our hotel room in New York City. As many of you know, Sadie and I live in one of the New Jersey suburbs of NYC, but it’s always fun to spend a night out at a dog friendly hotel once in a while.
