In honor of National Teddy Bear Day tomorrow, I put my giant stuffed bear on the couch. A few hours later Sadie randomly decided that this teddy bear did not earn his spot on the couch and needed to be taught a lesson. So she tackled him and wrestled him onto the floor. When I put the bear back on the couch, Sadie immediately leapt onto him, making sure he knew who was the boss of the couch.
It’s been a busy week so Sadie and her teddy bear decided to spend Sunday the traditional way – napping in bed. Her schedule for the day: sleep, breakfast, nap, brunch, sleep, quick trip to the backyard, and more sleep.

Today I’m joining Six Legs Are Better Than Two in their weekly Pet Photo Challenge. The theme for this week is grey. I’m never sure which is the correct spelling – grey or gray. I think gray is American English and grey is British English. Personally I’ve always preferred grey, but maybe that’s because I love Grey’s Anatomy. Whichever way you spell it, gray is the color of Sadie’s new teddy bear hoodie. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a real bear this particular shade of grey, but it sure makes an adorable dog hoodie.
