Last week Sadie and I took a walk through another new park. We pass this park all the time, but we’ve never gone inside because it contains mostly sports fields that are always crowded. But for some reason the park was completely empty that day, so we took the opportunity for Sadie to have a sniff around. There were no exciting discoveries like last week’s waterfall, but Sadie still enjoyed all the new smells. She was especially curious about the bleachers, although she was too nervous to jump onto them herself.

Once I placed her on the bleachers, she absolutely loved being up higher than everything else in sight. After I took a few pictures, I reached for Sadie to bring her back down, but she kept moving down the bench. She was enjoying the view from on high so much she wouldn’t get down so we could continue our walk. So we relaxed on the bleachers for a while, until a noisy crowd of soccer players convinced Sadie it was time to head back home.
